A 4.2 magnitude earthquake occurred 201 kilometres west of Port Hardy on Thursday afternoon. Earthquakes Canada says it happened at 3:19 p.m, and Emergency Info BC says there is no tsunami expected. A magnitude 4.2 earthquake has occurred 201 km west of Port Hardy, BC.
