I would like to welcome everyone to ARRAY Technologies conference call concerning our recently announced proposed acquisition of Affordable Wire Management. I'm joined on this call by Kevin Hostetler, our CEO; Keith Jennings, our CFO; and Dr. Aaron Gabelnick, our Chief Strategy and Technology Officer.
