Great to have you this morning -- to have you with us this morning. I'm joined by our CEO, Ivar Vatne; and our CFO, Andrei Kres, and they will take us through the highlights and developments of the quarter.

In many aspects, it's been a quarter we have seen progress across several areas, and it's certainly been a good step in the right direction for us. But let's get into it.
