Dynamic and high-octane performers to co-headline 12th annual Midsummer Music Jam at Riverside Park

Vancouver-based Five Alarm Funk and Canadian fusion group Delhi 2 Dublin will co-headline the event on Wednesday, July 22.

Dynamic and high-octane performers to co-headline 12th annual Midsummer Music Jam at Riverside Park High-octane jams at park Two powerhouse performers will take to the Riverside Park bandshell later this month for BCLC’s 12th annual Midsummer Music Jam. Vancouver-based Five Alarm Funk and Canadian fusion group Delhi 2 Dublin will co-headline the event on Wednesday, July 22. A BCLC news release describes Five Alarm Funk as a nine-piece ensemble with a reputation as one of Canada’s “most explosive live bands” who blend funk, rock, Latin and world music influences to deliver “high-octane” performances.

Delhi 2 Dublin blends bhangra, electronic, hip hop, reggae and Celtic influences to create “genre-defying performances” and are said to be renown for their dynamic stage presence. “Together, Five Alarm Funk and Delhi 2 Dublin promise an unforgettable evening of music, energy and celebration that will have attendees at Riverside Park moving and grooving from start to finish,” the release reads. Interactive activations will be set up at the park and will give concert-goers a chance to win prizes throughout the evening.

The Kamloops Food Bank will also be on-site be offering a 50/50, bottled water by donation and accepting non-perishable food donations. Food trucks will open at 4:30 p.m. and the concert starts at 7 p.m. A full lineup of nightly entertainment as part of the 2026 Music in the Park schedule is available on the City of Kamloops website.
