Police said in a news release Tuesday night that Richard Wanke was last seen on Lansdowne Avenue early Monday afternoon and is believed to have gone to St. Vital Park. He was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt, grey shorts, a backpack and a fanny pack.
Wanke is described as five foot seven inches in height, with a heavy build and green eyes. Police asked anyone with information about his whereabouts to call its missing persons unit at 204-986-6250.
