Three DIY back garden bars revealed as finalists of Pub Shed of the Year

Three incredible backyard pubs are battling to be crowned Britain’s Pub Shed of the Year 2026, after being shortlisted from more than 1,000 entries. The finalists include a recycled-material sports bar in Portsmouth, a traditional pub and games room in Wakefield, and a football-themed family bar in Staffordshire complete with a beer garden and play area. The winner of the annual competition, which celebrates the UK’s booming garden pub culture, will be announced next month.
