There will likely be some fog patches early in the morning, but other than that, there should be lots of sunshine and only a very small chance of showers or thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Friday comes with a higher risk of thunderstorms in Calgary and for much of southern Alberta. And some of the storms could become more severe with larger-sized hail, bigger downpours, and damaging wind gusts. Tornado development wouldn’t be out of the question either.
