Race the Base, K‐Town Triathlon & Duathlon Sunday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Kingston Constantine Arena, 7 Navy Way : A full day of racing at CFB Kingston — featuring sprint, Olympic, and brand‐new enduro distances, scenic routes toward Gananoque, and a post‐race cool‐down in historic Kingston. Athletes can expect a warm swim, rolling bike course, and a quiet, picturesque run through the base. Packet pick‐up runs July 18 and 19, with races starting Sunday morning.

Celebrate 100 Years of Royal Canadian Legion Friday, 5 to 9 p.m. at Royal Canadian Legion, 560 branch, 734 Montreal St. : Come out for an evening of great food, live music, and community spirit.

Annual Pull Together for Epilepsy Fire Truck Pull Sunday, noon front of City Hall at 216 Ontario St. : This high-energy challenge brings teams, families, local businesses, and supporters together for an unforgettable day of strength, spirit, and solidarity. The ultimate challenge — pulling a 37,000-pound fire truck a full 100 feet.

Drama, Discipline, Divinity Sunday, 2:30 p.m. at Chalmers United Church, 212 Barrie St. : The Royal Canadian College of Organists Kingston Centre presents Kingston organist Alexander Straus-Fausto in concert. The program, “Drama, Discipline, Divinity”, will feature works by Reubke, Wagner, Bernstein, Dupré, and others. A freewill offering will be collected in support of Chalmers United Church Community Outreach Programs and the RCCO Kingston Centre.
