BC Wildfire Service has called air support to assist with a wildfire burning southeast of Kelowna, near Highway 33.

The blaze was discovered on July 16 near Dale Creek and is listed at one hectare in size.

Three helicopters and 16 firefighting personnel have responded to the fire.
