"Take care of your hips—work on mobility, strengthen the supporting muscles, and address imbalances. Nobody tells you how important this is until both hips need replacing." 2. "Please floss.
Floss every single day. I am the Ghost of Dentist Visits Future and I'm here to tell you what your bills are going to be like if you don't." 3. "My biggest regret, is how much time I spent worrying when it accomplished nothing except making me miserable.
