Carole Lynn (McLean) Campbell passed away peacefully on July 9th, 2026, at the age of 82, with her loving family by her side at St. Gabriel’s Villa in Chelmsford, Ontario

December 1943 – July 2026 (82) In Loving Memory of Carole Lynn (McLean) Campbell. Carole Lynn (McLean) Campbell passed away peacefully on July 9th, 2026, at the age of 82, with her loving family by her side at St. Gabriel’s Villa in Chelmsford, Ontario. Beloved wife of 58 years to Gary Campbell of Englehart, who predeceased her in 2023.

Loving mother of Mark (Caroline), Scott (Chantal), and Jennifer. Dear daughter of Frederick and Marie McLean, both predeceased, and dear sister of Elizabeth Chartrand (predeceased) (Robert). Loving grandmother to Curtis (Caylin), Anthony, Madaline (Kyle), Mariah (Justin), Kaillum (Hailee), and Lola.

Cherished great-grandmother to Jude and baby girl Campbell, due in August. Beloved bonus grandmother to Brendan (Mikale), Liam, Melissa, Ashley, and bonus great-grandmother to Evelyn and Emma. Carole Lynn was a passionate artist who shared her love of painting and drawing with her family.

She enjoyed singing alongside Gary as he played the guitar and was also a member of the Larchwood Church choir. She was a wonderful cook and baker whose meals and treats were enjoyed by family and friends. Carole Lynn was always eager to set out on an adventure with Gary.

Some of their most memorable journeys included sailing the North Channel and touring the country together on their Gold Wing motorcycle. A special and heartfelt thank you to the wonderful staff at St. Gabriel’s Villa for the kindness, compassion, and care they provided to Carole Lynn during the last eight months of her life. Arrangements entrusted to Sudbury Park Lawn Cremation Service.

Memorial service at Larchwood United Church in Dowling, on Saturday August 8th, 2026, at 11:00am. Interment in the Englehart Cemetery at a later date.
