Mere weeks after the mother of Jonathan Logan urged witnesses to contact cops on the three-year anniversary of his shooting death in Renfrew, police are now offering a substantial cash reward to help cuff a suspect and have erected a billboard on the main strip off the Trans-Canada Highway.
