A fatal motor vehicle accident in Delta has closed Ladner Trunk Road between 96 Street and Highway 1 on Wednesday afternoon. Delta Police Department (DPD) attended the scene just after 3 p.m. A multi-vehicle collision included four cars with multiple occupants.
Five people were transferred to the hospital with various injuries. One man was pronounced dead at the scene. The area remains closed to traffic as the Collision Investigation Team investigates the incident.
DPD asks that anyone who might have witnessed the incident or has dash cam footage of the incident contact them and quote file #2026-13102.
