Fleetwood tower set for public hearing, vote Published 3:45 pm Thursday, July 16, 2026 A 31-storey mixed-use tower proposed for Fleetwood will be up for a public hearing on July 27 and then go to a council vote. The proposed project would contain 358 residential units and 438 square metres of commercial space at 15284, 15286, 15288 and 15296 Fleetwood Drive, where a car sales lot and two-storey commercial building are presently located.
Surrey’s School District expects, if approved, the tower would house 30 school-aged children with 18 attending Coyote Creek Elementary School, seven attending Fleetwood Park Secondary School and the rest either being home-schooled, attending private schools or being enrolled in different school districts.
