The Kendall County Health Department, in partnership with VNA Health Care, will offer school and sports physicals on Thursday, Aug. 20, from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at 811 W John Street, Yorkville.

The Kendall County Health Department , in partnership with VNA Health Care, will offer school and sports physicals on Thursday, Aug. 20, from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at 811 W John Street, Yorkville . The exams are open to all students in the community and are free. To schedule an appointment, call VNA Health Care at 630-892-4355, extension 8653.

When calling, specify that you want an appointment at the Kendall County Health Department location on Aug. 20. Parents or guardians must attend the appointment. Bring a copy of the student’s immunization records and any physical forms required by the school or athletic program.
