Letter: Produce the documents on CVRD vs. school district Published 2:09 pm Tuesday, July 14, 2026 Re: CVRD vs. school district This “war of words “,”she said/she said” is now in the Victoria newspaper, so it must be important. The CVRD (backed by the Duncan mayor) say they offered to buy the old Koksilah School but the school district sold it out from under them. The SD said it was listed for sale and the CVRD made no offer but some private person bought it.

Who is correct? Solution: the CVRD can give a copy of their offer and budget documents for such purchase to your newspaper to publish. Then we will know.
