A woman last seen at her home in a northern Manitoba city just over a week ago has been reported missing, police say.

Missing woman, 26, believed to still be in Thompson area: Manitoba RCMP Shyanne Dorion was last seen July 4 A woman last seen at her home in a northern Manitoba city just over a week ago has been reported missing, police say. Shyanne Dorion, 26, was last seen at her home on McGill Place in Thompson on July 4, RCMP said in a news release Monday. She was reported missing Thursday.

Dorion is believed to still be in the Thompson area. She's described as five feet tall, with a medium build and shoulder-length brown hair that might have red streaks. Dorion was last seen wearing a grey and black shirt, grey sweatpants and red sneakers.

Police asked anyone with information on her whereabouts to call RCMP at 204-677-6909 or submit an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers (TIPS) at 1-800-222-8477 or online.
