A motorcyclist has serious injuries after a crash in the northwest Calgary community of Bowness on Monday afternoon. Emergency crews were called to the intersection of 85 Street and 47 Avenue NW around 4 p.m. in response to reports of a collision.
Police say a motorcycle and a vehicle collided. The motorcyclist was rushed to hospital in serious condition. The driver involved remained at the scene and was not hurt.
85 Street NW is closed in both directions between 46 Avenue and 48 Avenue.
