Calgary police are asking for a driver to come forward after a hit‐and‐run crash on Deerfoot Trail earlier this week. Investigators say the collision happened around 4:15 p.m. on Monday, near the Calf Robe Bridge.

According to police, a silver 2007 Chevrolet Equinox was travelling south on Deerfoot when it rear-ended a white Ford Escape, before speeding off and driving erratically. Police have identified the driver of the Equinox driver, but have not been able to identify the driver who was rear-ended. A photo of the Ford Escape has been released in an effort to identify the victim.
