Police seek public’s help to find missing Victoria teen Published 5:12 pm Tuesday, July 14, 2026 Victoria police are asking for public help to locate a missing 15-year-old who was last seen in the city four days ago. Joshua was last seen July 10 getting into a blue Honda in the 1100 block of Kings Road, according to the Victoria Police Department. He is described as Caucasian, standing five feet 10 inches tall with a slim build, brown hair and brown eyes.
