Following its successful PC launch earlier this year, publisher Devolver Digital and developer Brigada Games have now released the game on Xbox for $19.99. It is also available through Xbox Game Pass and supports Xbox Play Anywhere. In Quarantine Zone: The Last Check, players take charge of a heavily guarded checkpoint after a devastating zombie outbreak.

Every survivor who arrives must be carefully inspected to determine whether they are healthy or infected. Using advanced scanning equipment, you’ll search for signs of infection and check for illegal or dangerous items that could threaten the compound’s safety. Every decision you make directly affects each survivor’s fate.

You send healthy people to the living quarters, place those showing suspicious symptoms in quarantine, or transfer them to a laboratory for further testing. Unfortunately, you won’t let any infected person live. Managing the checkpoint goes beyond inspections.

You’ll also need to keep the growing survivor population supplied with food, medicine, and electricity while defending the base from relentless zombie attacks. During emergencies, players can deploy armed drones to stop infected hordes before they break through the walls. As your settlement expands, you’ll unlock new equipment, weapons, and permanent upgrades by efficiently managing resources and researching infected specimens.
