Riders, Ti-Cats set to battle at Mosaic Stadium in CFL action The Saskatchewan Roughriders (3-1) will look to get a win tonight over a Hamilton Tiger-Cats (2-2) team that will be without one of its top stars. Hamilton quarterback Bo Levi Mitchell suffered a serious ankle injury in last week’s CFL action, possibly ending his CFL season. With the Riders meeting the Ti-Cats in the final game of Week 6 in the 2026 season, the Ti-Cats will have Jake Dolegala as their starting pivot.
Dolegala began his CFL career with the Saskatchewan Roughriders from 2022-23 where he was forced into starting action at times due to injuries to the other quarterbacks. He then joined the B.C. Lions in 2024 before being released in August and signing with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. From there he signed with Hamilton in 2025.
Riders defensive back Marcus Sayles spent training camp with Dolegala in 2024 in B.C. before he was released, eventually signing with Saskatchewan.
