As summer arrives and the school year wraps up, it’s time to shift into a different rhythm...longer days, warmer weather, and a well-deserved break. We are embracing a true “staycation summer”... a chance to slow down, enjoy where we are, and stay connected to the things that make us feel our best. While our regular Zumba classes in Cornwall are taking a pause until the Fall, movement doesn’t stop.

Zumba has always been about more than fitness; It’s energy, connection, and joy. Even during this break, staying active matters. Whether it’s a walk by the water, dancing in your kitchen, a morning stretch in the sun, or simply moving because it feels good...it all counts.

This summer, I’ll be teaching at my cottage resort, bringing the same Cornwall Zumba family energy with me. Think of it as a staycation extension same spirit, new scenery, even more sunshine. Take this season as permission to rest without guilt, move in ways that feel fun, and enjoy where you are right now.

Wellness isn’t a location... It’s a lifestyle. Thank you to everyone in our Zumba community who shows up each week with energy and heart; you make it so special.

Enjoy your summer staycation, keep moving, and keep that Zumba spirit alive. We’ll be back together in the Fall, stronger and more energized than ever. Christal Bowen, Zumba Instructor Facebook: Zumba Cornwall-Zumba with Christal
