A teenage boy has been struck by a vehicle Wednesday afternoon in Scarborough, Toronto police say. The incident happened shortly after 3 p.m. in the area of Neilson Road and McLevin Avenue. Police say the boy was rushed to hospital with serious injuries but note the driver remained on scene.
