Article content Kirkland Lake’s Museum of Northern History will hold a “Discover Your Town Scavenger Hunt” from July 24 to August 1. The activity will be 1940’s themed and museum officials say “let pictures of Kirkland Lake in the 1940’s and clues guide you from site to site.” Recommended Videos “Passports” will be available for pickup at the Museum starting at 2p.m. on July 15 and will be available until the end of the event.
All completed passports returned to the museum will be entered into the grand prize draw. There will also be a daily draw for two tickets to Talley’s Folly, a play performed by the University of Windsor School of Dramatic Arts in partnership with SaveTheLaSalle Charity. Shows run from Thursday, July 30 to Saturday, August 1 at Northern College.
