Appointments available at Grandview Corners location starting Aug. 4
Permanent blood-donor clinic to open in South Surrey Published 11:45 am Tuesday, July 14, 2026 A new Canadian Blood Services donor clinic will soon be open in South Surrey. As of Aug. 4, 2026, appointments to make blood and plasma donations will be available Tuesday through Sunday at 2428 160 St. in Grandview Corners.
“Opening a new permanent donor centre will allow us to serve more donors while providing greater convenience and flexibility,” CBS explained in a statement to Peace Arch News. For many years, mobile donation clinics have been offered in White Rock’s Five Corners district, at Star of the Sea Hall. Those events have been discontinued; the last was held on June 19.
At the new centre, both early morning and extended evening hours will be offered, “to give donors more appointment options that fit their schedules,” the statement continues. “We look forward to welcoming both new and returning donors to the South Surrey donor centre.” For information on donating, visit myaccount.blood.ca
