The Alters: Last Variable adds seven achievements worth a total of 210 Gamerscore

It's time to return to The Alters achievements! We have now picked up a fresh list of The Alters: Last Variable achievements from the Xbox servers, giving you another 210 Gamerscore to earn in the fantastic sci-fi survival game. The Last Variable is a 20-hour-long expansion that follows Jan Scientist, a clone (or 'Alter' if you prefer) of Jan Dolski, the protagonist from the main game.

Jan Scientist decides to stay behind on the barren planet to study a lush oasis, but after realizing he can't do his work alone, he begins creating multiple versions of himself with specialized skills to help him terraform parts of the planet. https://youtu.be/LJ-uk8v76TE?si=6RDg1LfQTKz4pP9b With a geologist, biologist, chemist, and physicist in tow, you will need to extract and refine resources from the planet, research and unlock new technologies, all while dealing with threats from the planet itself and while balancing the wants and needs of each of your Alters across year-long planetary cycles.

From what we've seen of the DLC so far, Last Variable looks to offer more of the original game's compelling gameplay loop, but with a few new features (and hopefully big twists). As for the achievements, most seem like they'll come naturally as you play, except for maybe one or two. The Caring After All achievement requires you to complete each Alters' storylines, which I imagine can be missed if you're not careful.
