Kamloops Mounties arrest man wanted for alleged attacks in Chilliwack, Cranbrook Police arrest assault suspect Kamloops Mounties have arrested a man wanted for alleged violent offences in Chilliwack and Cranbrook. Police located and arrested a 31-year-old man wanted on warrants relating to allegations of aggravated assault, assault with a weapon and assault causing bodily harm on June 24, according to an RCMP news release. The charges stem from alleged incidents in Cranbrook in January and in Chilliwack in March.
Zachary Ortloff was arrested without incident in Kamloops. Mounties said he is being held in custody. Ortloff is scheduled to make his next appearance in Kamloops provincial court on Tuesday.
