The list from online restaurant reservation site OpenTable, released on Wednesday, draws upon data from more than one million reviews submitted by verified OpenTable diners across Canada from May 31, 2025, to April 30. It features 24 restaurants in Ontario, 12 in British Columbia, eight in Alberta, five in Quebec, and one in Atlantic Canada.

“Don’t sleep on the hotel restaurant,” said Open Table’s Matt Davis in a news release. “Some of the best tables are just past the lobby – and you don’t need a room key.” “These venues have become dining destinations in their own right, pulling in locals just as much as travellers.”
