Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis voice actor reveals she has wrapped recording Lara's lines

Those Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis achievements will come to Xbox Series X|S and PC on Friday, February 12, 2027, and things look to be progressing nicely. Lara Croft's new voice actor, Alix Wilton Regan, confirmed she has finished up recording for the game, which has left her feeling emotional. Taking to Instagram, Regan revealed: "So, I have just wrapped on the last official session of the main game of Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis, which feels big and feels emotional.

I mean, this journey started in 2022, and it's now the tenth of July 2026, so that's a big leap. "There will be pickups. There will be bugs to fix.

Originally aiming for a 2026 release, Legacy of Atlantis ended up being delayed until February 2027, which was a disappointment for me and many fans who are excited about the reimagining of Lara's first adventure.

However, the new release date allows the developers to get everything in tip-top shape and should stop any major stresses from occurring behind the scenes. There is likely still a long way to go for the game ahead of its release, but seeing Regan talking about wrapping her voice work is a big moment. It's a positive sign that everything is on track and that we should hopefully avoid any more delays.

This is hopefully another good indicator of the progress the team is making on the game.
