The annual Members Show and Sale, which is on display until Sept. 2, offers opportunity to support local artists.
The Okotoks Art Gallery has switched out its gallery spaces for the summer season, bringing back a couple of favourites in the process. In the large gallery is the annual Members Show and Sale, which showcases original art pieces from gallery members. The pieces take on all different sizes, shapes and mediums, and are all available for purchase for those looking to support local artists.
Taking over the small gallery for the summer is the ‘Colour Your World’ exhibit, which asks visitors to try their hand at creating art. It features a number of large, interactive wall prints that visitors can colour as they see fit. The exhibits are on display from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Saturday, until Sept. 2.
